Every year, hoards of visitors flock to the Koro Sun Resort in order to sop up the warmth and hospitality offered by the Fijian natives, not to mention the crystal clear waters and unbelievable tropical environment. An experience unlike any other awaits you at the Koro Sun Resort. Nature lovers and those seeking refuge from the harshness of city life will find Koro Sun Resort to be a true paradise. It is situated on the edge of a private lagoon and is surrounded by lush rainforests. A coconut plantation is also on site. With over 120 acres to explore, the Koro Sun Resort is a most special place in the Fiji Islands.
Activities
Our resort distinguishes itself from the myriad of other Fijian resorts by the sheer amount of activities on offer for our guests. Want to try snorkeling over shallow reefs near the shore? How about diving? A range of other underwater experiences awaits you. For those who feel more comfortable on the ground, why not try hiking up in to the Wailevu Highlands and enjoying the stunning views on offer there? You can also play golf on our nine hole course, or go for an excursion in to the tropical rain forests.
Rooms and Facilities
At the Koro Sun Resort, you will find twenty four adorable bures in the Fijian style. Each offer an incomparable degree of privacy and come fully air conditioned to ensure guests that they will be completely comfortable throughout the duration of their vacations. Stunning views of both the oceans and the surrounding reefs are contained within each of the island’s bures. You will receive an unprecedented amount of attention from our staff. You can also enjoy a range of gourmet meals and non-motorized motor sports activities, both of which are included in the price.
Dining
Our chefs are able to meet all of our guests’ expectations – while often transcending them. Two incredible restaurants will be at your disposal during your visit. The most popular of these, known as the Matakau, is situated inside a traditional Fijian bure. Boasting a floor made of sand and tables and chairs constructed out of Fijian rain forest trees, this restaurant offers delicious food with a stunning panoramic view of the sea. Private dining can also be arranged.
Transportation
After arriving at Nadi International airport, you will take a scenic thirty minute flight to the Koro Sun Resort.
